I know it sounds cheesy, but I would recommend this book to anyone! Sure, those who are pregnant or trying will benefit most. But I have a 6 month old and am in a major food rut, working full time and trying to spend time with my family. The recipes in this book are so simple, yet so delicious! And the author is just so NORMAL! She is totally relatable. There is so much info in this book I wish I had while I was pregnant, and if I'm lucky enough to go through it all again I'll definitely be re-reading!
